Debt Relief PAC supports state and federal candidates whose policy platforms help Americans achieve financial stability by expanding access to trusted debt relief services.
About
Debt Relief PAC
Debt Relief PAC is committed to expanding equitable access to debt relief services in every state and protecting regulated options on the federal level. We support debt relief policies that place consumers at the center of the debt relief process, giving individuals a fair opportunity to regain financial footing and build lasting financial stability.
Debt Relief PAC is working to confront America’s growing consumer debt crisis at a time when household debt has reached historic levels. Across the country, families are struggling under high-interest debt driven by rising costs of living, unexpected medical expenses, job loss, and economic uncertainty. For many Americans, debt is no longer just a financial challenge — it is a mounting public health and economic crisis that threatens household stability, limits opportunity, and demands immediate action.
Our goal is simple: to help create a debt relief marketplace that empowers consumers across the country with pathways to financial stability.
Why You Should Contribute
The ability of companies to offer debt relief services to consumers depends significantly that debt relief is both permissible and economical under state and federal laws.
As we collectively fight to both open new states for debt relief firms and consumers, and to push back against attempts to restrict the ability to offer services, we need your help.
To provide debt relief companies with the strongest voice in statehouses across the country and in Washington, your financial support of the Debt Relief PAC is critical.
